I use these labels for multiple purposes. I recently had to tab a reference book for easier searching and I used these labels to print the title of the section that needed tabbing. I then placed it on an Avery tab and my reference book looks very professional and neat. I also use these labels for file folders labels. The first line of the label can be used for the main content of the folder and the next two lines for further clarification of the folder contents. I wouldn't be able to be so organized without these wonderful labels!

The alignment is off, but it only happens every few pages. I now print one page at a time to make sure things are going as they should. for example, (i just did this):

i print one page, #1, and it's fine. i print another page, #2, and its fine. and another, #3, is fine. and then suddenly the next one is misaligned #4. It prints too high. then i print another and it still prints too high, #5. i print another (and all this is w/out changing any settings or reloading paper) and it's back to being aligned #6. I can't figure out what is going on. I usually end up wasting 1/3 to 1/4 of my sheets. and i would like to switch from avery.

I also use the label 8195, which is white. it has this problem but not nearly as bad. I get about twice as many misalignments with the 18660. maybe it has something with the different in the labels being clear, instead of white. any suggestions before I switch from Avery to another brand?

Worst Avery product I've ever used

By Susan A

from Scranton, Pennsylvania

Pros

    Cons

    • Won't Print Correctly

    Best Uses

This review is from Easy Peel Clear Address Labels 18660:

I've never had a problem with Avery products before. I needed these labels for wedding invitations, shower invitations, and save-the-date cards. I wasted an entire pack of labels trying to get them to print and line up with the labels. I called Avery customer service and they replaced the pack (as a one time courtesy). They gave me tips to make the labels print correctly, but using all of their suggestions, the labels still don't print correctly, and I've now wasted another pack. Now I'll have to print on white labels which will look much cheaper than the nice clear labels.

As other reviewers have noted, this address label sheet DOES NOT LINE UP with the printer. Very frustrating and wasteful.

          Great, EZ to Use Product

          By MoKil

          from Undisclosed

This review is from Easy Peel Clear Return Address Labels 18695:

Have always used Avery labels in the business world, and they continue to be a quality product. Was always hesitant, however, to use their templates, which were attractive but had to be downloaded to your computer for use.

After purchasing these labels for Christmas card addressing, decided to revisit the Avery website. That's when I found Avery's Design Center made creating, saving, and printing labels so much easier!
It still has a nice variety of designs, but no more downloading required! So much simpler and quicker to create/print labels on the fly!

          Thank you, Avery!

I love these labels. They are easy to use and make your envelopes look great. Most ink colors look nice on these.
