If you selected Design from Scratch on the Avery DesignPro start screen, create a text box on your template by clicking on the Insert Text icon  in the left toolbar or by clicking Insert in the top toolbar and selecting Text from the drop down-menu. Enter your text into the text box.If you selected Step-by-Step Wizard or Pre-Designed Template from the Avery DesignPro start page, highlight the text in the pre-designed template and replace with your own text.  To format, highlight your text and select Format in the top toolbar. Select from the formatting options in the drop-down list. You can change the font, size, color, alignment, create circular text and more. To add a graphic or replace an existing graphic in your template, click the Clip Art Gallery icon  or Insert Image from File icon  in the left toolbar. Or click Insert in the top toolbar and select either Clip Art Gallery or Image from File in the drop-down list. You can format your graphic using the various tools in the top toolbar. Formatting tools include moving and rotating the graphic, ordering (send to back, bring to front, etc.), centering, cropping and more.  If desired, click the Effects Gallery icon  to create different effects with your image. Save your template when you are finished formatting. At any point, click the Help button in the program for more instructions. |
