Nothing on the Design & Print website functions as indicated. Projects do not save; alignment is tedious and time-consuming. Excessive waste trying to get project to print properly. The "template" often skips pages; in the middle of a project there may be pages without text, or pages without graphics. The Preview pane always displays Page 1 regardless on the page I really want to look at. This is the third time I have tried to do a project. I can finish a project in 1/4 the time by creating my own template in Word Processing. Total disappointment.

I followed all of the instructions for various labels each time yet the line up was not correct and there was no way of telling it was off until it printed.

Saved Project on myavery and on my computer won't open with

I made aquatic plant labels with 3 images of each label. I saved it to myavery and to my computer and printed from the pdf file. When I went in to open it and fix some images that are hanging off the label, the images won't open on either saved project. This is unacceptable. I worked hours researching the images and adding them to the labels...I can not believe this has happened, I am very upset!!!

The software is free and works very well. It's nice to be able to save my projects on line but I'd also like to save all my projects on my computer, to a folder I choose, not the one the software picked for me. Most software has a Settings feature where you can fill in the path (location) where you want the saved files (projects) to go. This software doesn't have any settings, or if it does, I can't find them. Anyone have a solution to my problem?
