The directions could be incorrect. They provide info to make a single label, but what one needs to do is the following...
From your MSWord document, select MAILINGS from the menu-bar; select START MAIL MERGE; select LABELS; now follow directions to select your Avery label and when you hit OK, you'll have a table in front of you whereby each cell corresponds to a label and you can enter individual labels or all the same (copy/paste). You can also change font, style, insert pics, etc.

I followed every step, but when I get to the step for applying the template to my document by selecting ok, nothing happens. Also, I only have the choice to print one label or a full sheet of the same label. I'd like to be able to have individual text on each label in a sheet.

Not what I need

By Wendy

from Seattle, WA

This review is from Finding Avery Templates Built-in to Microsoft Word:

I don't want to make a mailing label. I want to make a label with a name in 12-pt Arial bold, flush right, with a title in 8-0t Arial italic flush right underneath it. I want as many sets like this as I can fit on one label, and I want a whole page full. I see no options to change type style or size, justification options, or spacing between lines. This "template assistant" is useless to me. I'll go back to my old Word table with boxes the correct size and margins that reflect the distance between labels...

  • Totally Useless 'advice'

Best Uses

This review is from Finding Avery Templates Built-in to Microsoft Word:

The advice does not work for Place Names. It works for Mailing labels and I already knew how to do that.
The product looks OK but the advice on how to use it is pathetic

You could have an acccess information site up front with the questons, or a real phone number that rings in your customer service department.....no lying automated voice with a 'survey' that leads to sales of unrelated products.

I didn't like anything about using the product, directions are not clear, you should tell people on the package that they need Chrome to print out a d0ocument.
