Free software that works well with labels. Mail Merge made it easy for me to use a file with Serial Numbers and make labels with predefined serial numbers.

Like the on-line storage of label projects. I designed the labels for a customer, then the customer logged in and printed them out 1000 miles away.

Took a few minutes to install, then nothing... I chose the option to start the program when you click finish, nothing happened, just a window with a white background and nothing else. Waited about 10 minutes, nothing happened, so I closed it and tried it from the desktop shortcut... nothing. Same white window with nothing going on after 15 minutes... So I closed it and tried it from the folder it installed to... waited another 15 minutes... nothing.

Please... tell me the point in downloading 220MB of a program that does not work?

Makes Avery Labels Useless

By Ilse

from San Diego

This review is from Avery Design & Print:

I would like to be able to download this file and open it up in Word, but the file is incompatible with Word. The Online version does not communicate with the printer to tell it to take the 4 x 6 paper (labels). It will ONLY print on letter size. This makes all my Avery labels USELESS. What a time waste!

Needs Improvement

By Naye

from Radnor, PA

Pros

  • Accurate Colors and Controls

Cons

  • Difficult To Navigate
  • Not Very Powerful
  • Won't Let You Save As

Best Uses

  • Creating Labels

This review is from Avery Design & Print:

This software is good in letting you design your labels. This version is much better on the eyes than the last version; HOWEVER, it often will not let you pull up a previous saved document and save as with a few edits. You can pull up and edit, but it will let you save to the your computer or online. It's like you area only allowed 2 saves and after that, you're stuck. With this in mind, it is highly unstable.
