Well, seeing a pattern here?

Had I known the difficulty of getting a working template, I'd not have bought these Avery labels. I wish very much that I'd come here first and seen all of the horrible reviews. What sort of company does this? I mean, with all the ridiculously negative reviews, you'd think they would make some small effort to fix this situation. Nope. Just not terribly important to them, I guess.

Well, forget about getting these templates to work. Mine downloaded and then unzipped into a "ai" file. What's an ai file? WORD wouldn't open it.

Honestly, this is just pathetic and comical.

For those of you in the same boat, go to Uline, and search for a similar template. Unlike the geniuses at Avery, their templates are doc files. Easy to download, open, and use.

It's not a huge and dramatic leap of outstanding costumer service....to simply have templates that work, and are simple to use.

You fail, Avery. Never again.

Don't blame windows 10 or any windows. I used these labels years ago, with XP, and they printed well with the template that were supplied THEN. Now (still with XP), there is no template that I could find, making the labels MORE worthless. I say more, because they don't stick to anything, then OR now. I've always had to tape them on.

I used Avery 8164 labl3es for years to write notes and instructions on and stick them near machines to help those using them, Now I can not even find the template. Windows 10 stinks and so does who ever thought it up. I had a computer 25 years ago that would do anything I asked of it. Some progress 5his is. You have my money and I have Nothing but frustration. I need some kind of assistance with this. Not some Bright young person eag3r to tell me how stupid I am. I am Smart enough 5o get the money you stole from me.

Why did you change the template printing process

I've printed many note cards using a template for form #8315. I now have Windows 10 and no Internet Explorer. After designing my notecard I can no longer print it. Why did you change a process that worked well? I'm not stuck with a whole box of note cards that I can't use.
