Very easy to use and leave good results.

The only problem I had was when printing shirts for my Dad I forgot to mirror the image the first time, but it was easily remedied. Works well with my printer and very easy to use. It only takes minutes!

I was really excited at first about these, and it looked great when I first ironed them on. But then, even before washing, they were cracking on the T-shirt and got really stiff.

This review is from AVERY T-Shirt Transfers - Full Sheet:

I have used other brands of t-shirt transfers and Avery's is about the same as the rest. I have had good results with this one but you do have to read the instructions first...there is prep work, but it's like that with other brands, too. I would also recommend, no matter what brand you use, to do a test run on an old t-shirt. That will give you a good idea of the proper pressure needed with your particular iron. I've only done these on light-colored t-shirts but they have held up with many washings and dryings with no problem.
