New update: very very slow retrieval of saved projects

By elegy

from Savannah GA

Pros

  • Design Assist Still Good

Cons

  • Unresponsive
  • Very Long Wait For Chat

Best Uses

This review is from Avery Software:

Downloaded newest update into iMac. Everything functions very well except for retrieval of saved documents. Watched little wheel go round and round for over a minute before 5 saved items were retrieved. Tried again and it took two minutes.
Decided to use Contact Us. Went to Live Chat option. Could have gone out for coffee-and; no response after nearly two minutes.
    Not up to previous standard.

    • Hard To Use
    • Inefficient
    • No Blank Templates

This review is from Avery Software:

I created a post card and followed the instructionsd for using avery.com/print. The problem is there is nowhere to simply enter the template number. When you find a compatible card, there's no simple blank card. I created the post card with Word, but the data transfer is for some obscure code so it's absolutely useless. Clearly, Avery is setup for the strictly for the highly skilled corporate printer and not the casual user.

      Avery crystal clear labels

      By Trish

      from Australia

This review is from Avery Software:

I have bought Avery crystal clear labels L7126 for which I am unable to find a template. When searching the Avery site there is no match for this code. My print software also does not recognise this code. I am unable to find anything in HELP and the chat site seems to have closed down.

      Cons

      • Can't Use For Business

      • Won't Save

      Best Uses

      • Everyday Use
      • Product Labels

This review is from Avery Software:

I have spent hours and hours setting up my labels and EACH and EVERY time it will not save. I have tried saving right away and still it will not save. If I do more than one label on the sheet, it freaks out and will not save. SO all that work I've done is for not. I do this work so I can print and reprint these labels over and over. But since it will not save, I have to do these hours of work over and over EVERY time I need a label. I chose this product as I need custom labels. This software is completely unusable and unreliable. I might as well make my labels with markers and paint!
