I'm not sure why so many people had issues with this template/software. I simply pulled up template 5388 and used it online. I like that I can save my template to reopen later to change the text, without having to recreate the layout again. I just typed in what I needed on the front of each card, printed, changed the text to print different information on the back side, flipped the paper in my printer and printed again. So far, I've printed 75 flash cards (front and back) and they've all been perfect. The only negative thing I can say is that it is a bit time consuming only doing 3 cards at a time, front and back, because every card has different information. That is because of my usage though... not the product itself. I'm using these to make flash cards for my medical terminology class... so I have to do 3 on one side (the term) and then flip it and do 3 on the other side (the meaning). Overall though, I think these are perfect for someone who has handwriting perfection issues and wants great looking flash cards. ;-)

I would like to use Avery products, but getting to the templates has become too hard. I've resorted to using plain stock and taking it to a printer to be cut. I don't want your toolbar or for you to download software to my computer. I just want a template that works with MS Word. You have made using Avery products too difficult.

I find it very un-user friendly because it (along with many other avery files) does not provide any adobe templates to download. Very difficult and frustrating.

You need to download and run a binary file .exe to download it. How stupid. Impossible to do in big corporate environment.

This review is from AVERY Index Card, 3 per sheet:

Attempted to use the online site to create and print my index card project. Design app froze up a few times - very frustrating! Finally finished project and went to print. Problem 1. kept pulling up fax on my printer! Fixed that. Problem 2. checked alignment and printed first set of card - no problem. Printed again, this time 2 sets and it's not even close to being aligned correctly! Wasted card. Problem 3 - live chat support is not available. Are you kidding me? I'll trying to reach Avery during your office hours!

So I went back to try and find an email contact - no luck. Thought I would try downloading a template to use in MS Word - that doesn't work PLUS it wants me to install an Avery tool bar!

            Unbelievable!

I have been a loyal Avery customer for years but now I'll be finding an alternative. Absolutely no customer service and design site that doesn't work
