Instructions: You'll need the following:
- Avery Light T-Shirt Transfers (4384™, 3271™, 3275™, 8938™, or 53204™)
- Pink cotton t-shirt
- Personal photo
- Iron
- Pink ribbon
- Fabric glue or safety pin
- Fiskars® scissors

Instructions: Using your favorite software, insert your photo and scale to about 4”.
Create a text box over the photo and type the text “Friends Forever” or whatever message you prefer. Format the text box with no fill and no line.

Instructions: Flip or reverse image for ironing.
Instructions: In another section of the page, insert a rectangular text box and type, “Let’s find a cure!” Format the text box with a pink color, or any color you wish.
Create another text box and type inspirational messages such as, “I run for hope,” and “I run for life.” Format the text box with no fill and no line.

Instructions: Flip or reverse image for ironing.
Instructions: Print the reversed image onto the Avery Light T-Shirt Transfer. Cut out the photo into a heart shape. Cut out the rectangles and inspirational messages.
Instructions: Following the ironing directions on the Avery Light T-Shirt Transfers package, iron the photo onto the back of the t-shirt, the rectangles onto the sleeves, and the inspirational messages onto the front of the t-shirt.
Instructions: Attach a pink ribbon near the text on the front of the t-shirt with fabric glue or a safety pin.
