Well, seeing a pattern here?

Had I known the difficulty of getting a working template, I'd not have bought these Avery labels. I wish very much that I'd come here first and seen all of the horrible reviews. What sort of company does this? I mean, with all the ridiculously negative reviews, you'd think they would make some small effort to fix this situation. Nope. Just not terribly important to them, I guess.

Well, forget about getting these templates to work. Mine downloaded and then unzipped into a "ai" file. What's an ai file? WORD wouldn't open it.

Honestly, this is just pathetic and comical.

For those of you in the same boat, go to Uline, and search for a similar template. Unlike the geniuses at Avery, their templates are doc files. Easy to download, open, and use.

It's not a huge and dramatic leap of outstanding costumer service....to simply have templates that work, and are simple to use.

You fail, Avery. Never again.

I spent 2 days trying to make badges. I got it all done the first day and saved it to my computer only to discover it wasn't there after I tried to print it. It also would only print on 8.5x11 right down the middle. Next day I started over. Time to print. I cut card stock to match the badges for practice. Took forever to find the printer adjustments and get them right, only to discover that the font did not transfer and I had something entirely different than what I created. It would have been faster to hand make them.

I have used Avery products for years. Now I have found it impossible to download a template. The web information sends you round and round, but you cannot download a blank template. I sure wasted my time and money. It would be simple to fix your problem, if you would do it.

          worthless

          By Pat

This review is from How to Find an Avery Template for Microsoft Word:

this website for downloadable templates is worthless. when I try to download a template is goes back to original view page or sends me to log in but won't allow me to click on tab to create an account or enter as a guest and then sends me back to original view page. definitely not user friendly. I have used previously with Windows XP and Microsoft Word 2007. Now have Windows 10 and Microsoft Word 2016 which I HATE.

No Templates for WordPerfect. Hundreds of $$ Wasted

          By Livid Office Manager

          from Alabama

This review is from How to Find an Avery Template for Microsoft Word:

I've used Avery labels with WordPerfect for many years and have invested hundreds of dollars, if not thousands in Avery label products. Need formatting for a new style label and discover they no longer offer downloadable label formats for Wordperfect and their "wizard" that I've loaded that purports to manage label formatting is USELESS!! Can't simply cut and paste a list of text and unless you re=format everything into a spreadsheet csv format, you are SOL.

ABANDON HOPE ALL YE WHO TRY TO PRINT POSTCARDS!

          from LITTLE ROCK AR

This review is from How to Find an Avery Template for Microsoft Word:

I'VE RARELY BEEN SO FRUSTRATED WITH TEMPLATES. I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR ALMOST AN HOUR TO FORMAT A POSTCARD 3380 USING A TEMPLATE. I CAN'T CUT AND PASTE FROM WORD. WHEN I TYPE NEW TEXT IT DEFAULTS TO ARIAL 20 EVEN WHEN I SELECT A SMALLER FONT. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE.
