How to Print Your Project in the Design & Print App for Tablets

When you have completed customizing your project and are ready to print, tap the Preview & Print button on the Customize screen.

Next, preview your project to ensure that it will print correctly. If your project spans multiple sheets, swipe left and right to page forwards and backwards. Now is also a good time to save your project if you would like to reuse it in the future.

When ready to print, tap the Print button. Design & Print will generate a PDF of your project. This PDF may be printed directly from your tablet or e-mailed for printing later. iOS and Android offer slightly different experiences at this point.

iOS
Once the PDF is generated, tap the Open button to view it in Safari (this default behavior cannot be changed).

From Safari, tap the Share button (iOS 6 and later) in the address bar to e-mail or print the PDF.

To use a different app (or if you are using iOS 5 and earlier) tap the Open in… button. If you don’t see the Open in… button, tap the PDF document to display it. Avery recommends using the free Adobe Reader app for viewing and printing PDFs.

When viewing the PDF in Adobe Reader, tap the Share button to print or e-mail your project.

Android
